Hey remember, Qatari's don't have to work. They can just get Phd's and masters degrees. By 2022, they'll be some of the brightest and most educated people in the world. I say, half the people in Qatar get Phd's and masters degrees, and half the people in Qatar play soccer. That way they can achieve both of these feats.
