    It's funny how you speak slang, at times, then pretend like you're Mr. Grammar. 'We' can be used in any case where qualities or characteristics are alike. Me and Argentina both like the Argentina NT, so I can say 'we'. Now get back to the subject.
    I agree. We need a tall finisher at the front, alongside Messi. Crespo and Batistuta were both effective in the past. We don't have a Crespo, unfortunately.

    :D No one cares about the GOLD CUP? How did you get to the Confederations Cup to lose to Brazil? Really? Did you care when Mexico won it to then go on to win the Confederations Cup in 1999? No? Awww... ;)

    You know that the Gold Cup held in off years doesn't really mean anything. If it did, would we have had Jay Heaps starting?

    You said something earlier that I've been hoping would happen for the longest time. I want Gus Johnson calling USMNT games.

    You do realize we are the only confederation that plays two "championships" within a 4 year cycle right? Only one of them really matters and you know it. Yeah, you guys won and that's great. Congrats. Just don't try to convince anyone the 09 Gold Cup means anywhere near as much as the 07 Gold Cup because it doesn't.

    We all know your schtick, SwoLy. You don't have to bring it out in every thread. I said congrats and that you have the trophy right now. You know that I'm right, though. You know the 09 Gold Cup means virtually nothing compared to the 07 Gold Cup, you're just not intellectually honest enough to admit it. That's fine.

    If you had the choice of which trophy you would have rather won, I guarantee you it'd be the 07 trophy especially considering most countries did not send their main squads to the 09 tournament.
