Ive heard a few people comment on yesterdays games... was I the only who thought the SA/Mexico game was entertaining as a neutral fan?
I thought it was mildly entertaining, however the level of play was bad. Many missed passes etc. I have to say that all the sport commentary here were positive about the game. So maybe it was just me.
I didn't really get to watch a lot of it, I was taking care of some stuff during the game, but it seemed pretty solid. I expected a 2-0 this morning (I know, easy to say after the fact), coming up Arg 2-1, USA/Eng 1-1. I can't wait to kick off this year's World Cup bar drinking today for the US game.
Messi about to start...The best footballer on planet Earth right now! Nigeria has no chance. I'm hoping USA can pull it off. England would likely win it all if they had Howard...Donovan vs. Rooney, what a day!
The World Cup...such a beautiful event. I could listen to those loud horns all day long. And I love it how everyone is so passionate, from the players, coaches, and the fans with their faces painted (sometimes wacky wardrobe lol) and waving their countries flag. It's a shame more Americans arent into football. This is a real treat and I will try to watch every single game.
