You're right, they changed it a few years back. They have a 5 minute, 4 on 4 OT followed by a 3 on 3 shootout if needed. But they kept the point structure in tact. The team that loses in OT still gets a point in the standings.
I definitely agree about Guardado starting over Aguilar, that was a bad mistake. The mexico game was exciting, I was really anxious and nervous when RSA scored the goal, each team could have won it. France didnt played good.
Good for Mèèjjjjiiiko that France - Uruguay tied, but they should have got the 3 points out of there easiest match. I have Argentina 2 - 1 Nigeria, Messi usually doesn't perform well with the Argentina squad, hopefully it will change during this WC. And I have USA 2 - 0 UK, i'll be viewing the game in an American sports bar here in Belgium. So tonight: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8fgnJ2NaTh8#t=03m07s
GOOO KOREAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! South Korea that is ............ jsghwnshklfwslthfwrlktghwrltkhwnltgfwtgfrwegtetgrgfe
Did they say how many total they expect in attendance? I was always amazed how they get so many fans from all these countries together. Flights into South Africa must have been crazy.
1-0 Hungover or still drunk can't tell. But looking good Oooooooooooooo weeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!! Dae Han Min Gooooooook!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My brother flew into Cape Town yesterday for the event. He said he was able to buy tickets for the actual games below face value.
South Korea looks good out there. Loving how crisp their counter attacks are, just seems like they fly out of there. Greece looks like they will get their opportunities, though, with their long probing passes and corner proficiency. I was curious how South Korea would put up with a stout physical team like Greece. They've done great so far.
Man, Greece is completely outclassed. They haven't put together a single coherent offensive possession. They're just hoping they get lucky with these long balls.
