Have you ever seen a chelsea match? Drogba writhes in pain at the slightest jostle. Him playing with a broken arm? Add on 120 min of injury time per match for stoppages.

LOL ... a little harsh are we? Even a bonafide Chelsea hater like myself can't but give Drogba his props. Dude is a machine, a beast among men.

Man it would be a shame if Drogba wasn't able to play. He had such a great season in the premiership this season.

Oh i think he's awesome, easily the best player in England last year (sorry Rooney) - his overall scoring record is pretty amazing considering that he doesn't really ever get to take penalties. But his constant displays of agony are a bit much.

Reputation hurst so much that in one game this year, the Man U defender (johnny something, one of the reserves) literally put a full-speed, karate kid crane technique kick right into his chest while he was in the air- Just a horrible move on replay, that probably should have been a straight red...the result? Drogba gets a yellow for diving and acting like he was in pain for being on the receiving end of a kick that would probably kill a non-athlete.

Drogba deserved a yellow card that is some serious acting there.

Oh please, many players act, he's just not that great an actor as others. African players always get this rep attached to them by the racist Euro media.

You mean you didn't see how the cleats were inserted onto his chest?

There's no reason for a defender, whether Evans or someone else, to bring his boot up high like that. NONE.

Or is it that you just hate Drogba? :( That was a serious foul right there and that was a BLIND ref.

I agree there was a foul, but Drogba overacted on it big time, and he has a history of doing that.

Let me guess, he was carried out and could not return, since he was in such pain.

Agreed on the foul, agree on the yellow card for overeacting, and flopping....heck flopping is terrible, I hate that part of soccer, I wish teams would just play on.....

No matter what....play on, and let the other team have to get the ball to stop it.

No, I think he was over reacting and exaggerating, which is a form of flopping.

He ran into a guys cleats and leg up in the air......it was not like that guy was kicking INTO him.....come on...Drogba is about as dramatic as they come.....

Reek, try to stay on target, we are not talking about that play...mmmkay.
