    I do agree that Suarez can't be seen as the goat.... I was just emphasizing the drawbacks of him doing what he did. But ya'll are totally correct- it was the only thing he could do to allow the slight possibility of survival....

    and it worked! The lob!!! Netherlands licking their lips after Suarez is out!

    That last penalty could only be shot like that because they saw that he moved way too early! As some here said! But pretty ballsy to shoot it like that.

    No, I wouldn't have done that, man... it's for DIRTY players. :eek: I see why he did it. If it's at that stage, maybe I would... *****, I don't know now... you might be right... ANYTHING to stop it... :eek: but we used to say "Mano sobre gol es gol"...but only if it goes in. That wasn't the case. He slapped it out. Definitely a SACRIFICIAL LAMB.
