Sure they do, no technology is necessary, the refs are part of the field of play. If they make a mistake, so what, players make mistakes too. Just play through it. Play on ! DD
Although this is one of the more talented Mexican squad in years, and they actually play some good football when they want to, some things never change about Mexico or its players. When they get frustrated, you can count on them losing control of their emotions and the inner thug comes out.
It would be a different second half for England if that goal is counted, considering it happened before half time. It changed coach's tactics completely.
Doesn't matter, got to keep the purity of the game, don't stop the flow, it would ruin the overall beauty of the game to just worry about getting the calls, right. DD
huuuuge mistake from the referees changed the course of the game. it was even for a while can you imagine the mentality of players getting scored on in an illegitimate goal. you cant just focus after that. i cant begin to imagine the mentality of the team. the second goal would not have happened if the terrible call hadnt messed up the players focus. maybe after a legitimate goal there is no excuse. but after that call its ridiculous. i had argentina winning 2-0, but winning like this is bullsh!t
A goal in soccer is like 50 pts in basketball or 3 touchdowns in football. If the ref accidentally awarded the Mavericks 50 pts or the Cowboys 21 pts, would you just say the Rockets or Texans should "just play through it - small mistake"?
