It is obvious that they cannot win it. But they can still make some noise, and I would be happy about it.

I think if S. Korea beats Uruguay, they would beat up on the U.S. I mean, they can eat the U.S. defense up with their organized offense and speed.

I predicted Argentina would win it. Looking good so far. :)

These four teams are also my favorites. Brazil actually the least out of the four.

    Wow, 192 pages, nice!

Brazil's only real challenge before the final game of the World Cup will be against the Orange Machine in the quarter-finals. I fully except them to dismantle Chile and Uruguay (if they beat Holland) like they've done twice already during qualifications against both teams. I'm so glad that Brazil and Spain aren't playing each other in the round of 16. That would've been a waste

Don't think it's posted but this was a pretty cool video showing the reaction of the US fans around the world when Landon scored the winning goal.

LOL!!! You have to be kidding me.

Puyol is an ALL WORLD Defender. You won't get a header in the box with Pique in there.

    I welcome your weak sauce.

They are but they haven't been playing "world class" at all in this cup. If they keep playing like that Messi will have a field day if they play each other.

neither iberian team will survive against the best south america has to offer- in this cup they haven't shown they're at the same level- certainly spain hasn't. and i don't count games against NK.

to be clear, no team has consistently stood out thus far. i thought Deutschland was uber alles after the first game, but then, the 2nd game was embarassing...

I'm actually in that video. :)

At 2:18-2:19 I'm the guy in the green shirt and orange Texas ball cap.

Went to Soccer4All today looking for some USA gear...

"We have nothing. We might get some of the white jerseys next week."

Also, if you drop the google street guy in South Africa, he is holding a vuvuzela.

It helps when you have the greatest footballer on planet Earth in his prime...Whichever team Messi is on. As good as he is, he makes others better.

Messi is the best player in the world and it's not even close, at all. I thought Rooney, Drogba, Ribery and Ronaldo might be able to catch him with the WC coming up but so far they've all been a disappointment.
