Nope. They can not use that ref again but thats about it. We had one give a Croatian player 3 yellows before sending him off last WC.

There's a good shot, but there could also be a 3 way tie between Slovenia, England, and the US. I know the first tiebreaker is goal differential but I don't know what it goes to after that. Let's assume worst case that England beats Algeria. Both them an Slovenia will have 4 points. If they tie when they play each other next week, they'll both have 5 points, which is what the US will have if they beat Algeria. If there's an outright winner between England/Slovenia, one team will have 7 points and the other will have 4 which would mean USA would advance with a win. If England draws with Algeria, then the US will definitely advance with a win vs Algeria.
Heres what will likely happen- England wins over algeria England wins over Slovenia ENG- 7 US wins over algeria US- 5 SLV- 4 ALG- 0 If England draws with Slovenia (which I think very well could happen), things get interesting... ENG- 5 SLV- 5 US- 5? Most important thing is that we MUST win next game. What happens if there is the 3 way tie?
