Beckham is out for the WC...and it might be 4-0, but our defense does not press forward and leave us open as much as Mexico's does.

Whoopsie. Darn it, I forgot that's why he was sitting... but still, the main core of England's team is a devastatingly speedy and skillful group who will score at least 3 on the USA, for sure. They didn't turn on their main engines until the second half on us.

The USA matches up quite nicely with them......I think we lose but maybe 2-0 or 1-0.....

I am actually hoping for a draw, but a win would be almost too much to ask for.....

The USA vs. England on June 12th will be played at 1500 metres above sea level. It might provide for some funky results, England went to Austria for training camp just because of this, unfortunately I don't think that will acclimate the squad to such environments.

Interesting, I am not sure the USA is training at altitude for the match, but they did play the Confed cup there last year to some decent results.

Mexico played well, they can create plays, but they have to score!! thats the only thing missing (but its the more important thing) for me giovanni dos santos and andres guardado are the best players there.

Are the U.S. playing their usual 11 for tonights game or fine-tunning?

No we're playing the guys fighting to make the team. The final roster will be named after the game, and we'll see the starters Saturday against Turkey.

Heard Ronaldo is pissed off about his Magazine cover with Drogba.

No word yet if he's just vain about having to share the cover, or perhaps because his package looks smaller in comparison to the Ivory Coast stallion.

Ronaldo can suck it...he has gotten better and better as the years gone by but he flops more than the Utah Jazz and Ginobili combined. Whines more than Kobe and Duncan. God forbid they hurt his pretty face.

Gooch looks like he's not recovered from injury yet. Borstein is terrible and should stay home.. but since Bradley's in love with him, who knows.

Hope Bedoya and Gomez shine the second half.

It's sad because it will be a big blow against us, but still. He does not look to be at full form and we need our best out there.
