Your implying OK lite has a defense. My dream scenario would be to have UT-Austin and A&M go into T+1 undefeated and then crush them like the red headed step child they are. Unfortunately, A&M won't make it past the 2nd week undefeated.

I think we should leave Pierce's taint out of this.

    GO KATS!

Hillcrest Ford's newest employee (Rhett Bomar) will be the SLC MVP and take the Kats to the playoffs.

Hawaii could very well go undefeated, but their high school schedule will keep them out of the BCS. TCU will have to beat Texas to have a shot. They will have to be undefeated.

Any for replacing Baylor with TCU in the Big 12? I sure am.

    I agree. Go Hogs!

BUT...Houston Nutt better find some type of passing offense this season or we're (they're) doomed.

Aggy has a tough road schedule with trips to Miami, Nebraska, and OU. I doubt they come into T+1 with less than 2 losses. Don't underestimate the Pokes this year, BTW.

Go Frogs. I cannot wait for the TCU-UT game in Austin. Although I know that Texas is going to win, if the Frogs somehow pulled that off it would be as good as the Texans winning the superbowl.

TCU gets zero respect it seems (see the trash talking from all the Tech folks before our defense suffocated them). Our defense should be able to contain Texas, but theirdefense will overpower our offense.

Baylor in week one then Texas in week 2. 1-1 will work and 11-1 sounds great

Look out for West Virginia. Their QB/RB duo might be the best in the nation. On top of that, their spread offense is VERY difficult to stop.

Only problem? September 28th at South Florida. I smell upset city! They also have to go on the road to play a bitter Rutgers team that should have beaten them last year. WVU is good but i'm just not sure how good.

I am going into this season with zero expectations for the Miami Hurricanes. I think Georgia will have the better season amongst the two (I hope the Dawgs beat Florida and Tennessee so bad!).

I am seeing a lot of experts going on and on about LSU but I don't see them coming out of the SEC undefeated.

If LSU does, then they should be in the title game no matter what anyone else has done. Anyone who can make it through the SEC undefeated should have a shot at the title, period.

I have been since 2002, when I attended TCU. Baylor is a joke.

IIRC, TCU is 5-0 in their last 5 games against BIG12 teams, including OU, Baylor, TxTech.

HEY! Another Frog fan?! yeah, too bad the game isn't in FW. Oh well, I'm still hoping for the best. Who knows, UT might play ****ty, and TCU might play like it normally does.

beating OU, and Tech were awesome. Especially Tech.

I'm just excited that I'm going to Washington's home opener--not because they're good, but it's about as loud as I think Husky Stadium is going to get all year, and I've never been to a game there.

    Go Huskies?

I'm glad some folks on this board are giving the SEC props because nobody else does.

I'm going to be a homer like everyone else. :)

Offensively, Missouri is loaded. They return everyone back at the skill positions, have arguably the best QB in the Big 12, and have a very good offensive line. They're a top 10 offense in the nation. They've also got a very favorable schedule... A&M, Nebraska and Tech all at home and Kansas at a neutral site. The only game that screams loss is at Oklahoma. Texas and Oklahoma State aren't on the schedule, either.

Given the offense, the weak schedule and the sad state of the Big 12 North... I'm expecting to see some of you Horn fans at the Alamodome on the first weekend in December.

Pfft. TCU has been overrated for the past few years. I went to the Tech-TCU game last year. BOTH teams sucked miserably. Tech just sucked worse that day.

Hopefully Tech will be better this year, but TCU will always be TCU.

Oh, and here was a good game:
