Micheal Crabtree? By himself he's probably better than UT's receiving corps.

RB: draw right now. Lets not forget that this is a down year for them in terms of their RB position.

QB: Draw. But Colt is working with less talent around him.

Line: Momentum + home field = big advantage for underdogs.

Defense: Talent wise, there's no question UT is better. But again, momentum and crowd backing you up can negate that. I've seen better days from them though. But Tech's O-line is pretty good though.

Not a huge gap of talent offensively, just mainly defensively coming in. But getting momentum right out of the gate has negated all of that.

UT didn't come to play tonight. Maybe the string of tough games has caught up them or maybe they just choked in the first half.

I just saw the play where they got the safety..bad play call. either bulldoze forward or straight drop back on the pass. You dont call even semi slow developing plays from your own 1.

Could there have been a better scenario to get the underdog going in a game?

Not passing on 2nd and 3rd down when Tech just had the ball was dumb. You have to make your best attempt to get a 1st down. Playing conservative will kill Tech's spirit.

The fact that Tech was only up 22-6 at the half really jumped out at me. They absolutely dominated the first half, and easily could've been up 30 if not for stalling out in the red zone a couple of times as well as a fumble that led to a Texas FG. It's hard to dominate a great team like UT for four quarters, so you need to maximize your good stretches... and they didn't.

That's not to say Tech isn't still in a great position, because they are. But the game is far, far closer than it should be given Tech's domination in every phase, and that has to be a little worrisome to Tech fans.

They are playing 6 and 7 men about 8 yards off the line.....you have to go deep.

You knew Colt couldnt keep it up every game. At least gonna have one dud game in the year.

Not saying Colt's single handedly made them good, but good teams have other areas and players step up when the other doesnt. It hast happened tonight. UT oline sucks, defense can't stop the run. Receivers dropping passes, running game cant get going...coordinators cant adjust
