    A bowl of cereal, a cereal bar, and a medium size glass of orange juice with a multivitamin.

    My breakfast:
    5 AM - nurtigrain waffle with reduced fat peanut butter, tall glass skim milk
    7 AM - large coffee with skim milk and splenda, protein bar
    10:00 AM - protein bar

    and I'm good till lunch

    that stuff is awesome even though it has no sugar...i just add fruit and granola to it. YUMMIE!

    i stopped eating those sugary yogurts after i realized how much sugar they had. :eek:

    i'm tellin you....make sure you eat it when you're just hangin out with close friends later...or have no social occasion planned at all...

    This cereal has the ability to destroy your social life. Make sure there is no business meeting, date, or anythign like that in about an 8 to 10 hour time period after eating this

    Other than that, it's pretty tasty, good for you, and it will clean out your system

    edit: and it's not only me. i was so fascinated with this cereal, i had a few friends eat a big bowl for breakfast, and they were farting also
