I made some peanut butter sandwich and some hot tea.

Best I could do with what I got.

Tonight I made hamburgers. I got the recipe from here.

    http://allrecipes.com/recipe/delicious-grilled-hamburgers/

I've often had this dish before, so I know what it was supposed to taste like, and I think it turned out pretty good. I didn't take a picture but it looks just like on their website.

Do you deep fry or pan fry your fried chicken?

also i only use the breast when i fry chicken... the other people in my house are very picky about eating white meat, i don't mind dark meat but you got to please everyone.

Blackened trout and shrimp with oven roasted broccoli and whipped potatoes. Used Paul Prudhomme's blackening spice recipe (only with about double the cayenne).

Did you make your own naan? I always wanted to try to make it myself, but everyone tells me you need a special oven.

    Home made chicken wings.

Wings marinated for over 24 hours in light oil, salt, black pepper.

Baked @ 375 for 30 minutes, turned over, baked for another 15 mins (I like 'em crispy).

Mixed with Buffalo sauce + butter as soon as they came out of oven.

Enjoyed them with 2 dips (Dinosaur BBQ Devil's Duel habanero sauce and Marzetti ultimate Blue Cheese).

Some kind of stale, might be old, rough chewy bread and some water. I guess there isn't much variety when you're behind bars.
