somewhat off topic but i saw this one episode of paula's home cooking where she deep fried cheesecake and then covered it with powdered sugar and chocolate oh man it looked sooooo good but i am sure eating a piece of that would take 6 months off of your lifespan.

paula really lays on the rich stuff.


of the food network programs, good eats, good deals with dave lieberman are the ones i usually watch regularly.

Iron Chef is the only cooking show I watch. They should give out championship belts. They need a show to crown the undisputed king of Iron Chef.

I met the guy once. He was really cool.
I was camera on a cooking segment the TV station did and he was the guest...almosy 10 years ago.
He autographed a napkin for me to give to my wife (a fan) and he even put a little "bang" on it.
