In a word: Yes. Are they the best? Maybe for sliders in Houston.

One thing is to only order the burgers. The other sliders are pretty average.

I also think the fries are great. But the one thing that puts them over the top is the Sriracha dipping sauce. That stuff is t***.

Ah man.......you gotta have a little love for Bryan Caswell........even if he isn't the next Iron Chef.

That being said, the burgers are ahhright and the fries are pretty good.

Best fries I ever had in Houston was Montrose Cafe, the Belgium place. I'm pretty convinced they used lard. They moved to lower Westheimer. Is it still the same name?

The one in Hermann Park is absolutely disgusting, from the floor to the kitchen, to the burgers in my mouth. The fries are okay.

ok. so i started the thread knowing that i'd go tonight.

man, fries are great. and that spicy sauce . . . home run.

I actually liked the pork and the beef sliders. I'd go back, if anything for the atmosphere . . . picnic table, bottle of red, and fries . . . what else do you need?

I can now check little bigs off my list of places to go!!!!!

    and i will be back!

I wish you had made this a public poll. I'd love to see which losers said it wasn't a good place to go.

I've been, and while the concept and atmosphere was alright, I found the food to be forgettable. Hardly makes me a loser.

You just answered your own question as to why your vote made you a loser.

The tangy fry sauce outshines the sliders. Maybe the quality drops off after midnight or something, or sliders just don't go well as an after-drinking food (yeah right).

I found their chicken sliders quite scrumptious.

Being called a loser by the board's resident loser rings a little hollow.

I'll give you a pass, though. It was almost noon when you posted so you were probably drunk.

Good call. I should have made public, cause the vote was

    good food . . . yes or no . . .

after going, i don't know how you could vote no . . . It's not like the food was bad, or the poll was for best food . . .

was it good? yes or no . . . .

    yes.

Lol. Exactly what, in your convoluted head, makes someone a loser?
