I have no idea since I'm not in Houston. You can try going to a Korean restaurant but It probably wont be as good as homemade. I grew up eating it as a little kid and remember my grandma boiling that stew for very long hours.
Tried some New England Clam Chowder last night (the wife had some in the cabinet) and it was pretty good. I'm usually not a fan of potatoe-type soups but this one was really good.
