Right now, scrambled eggs, usually made into an omlette or something. Although there was a time when I loved egg salad sandwiches more than anything.

WTF? The English in this thread can be be understood simply using google translator. It doesn't get any easier than this.

Read last night that the protein in eggs are most potent when the eggs are at their hottest. Meaning, right out of the frying pan.

FATTY, I cannot rep you anymore for that Grilled Egg Sandwich video. Looks YUM-A-DUM-DUM!
How did I do it, then? ;)

I know, I know you're kidding... no one does... but the "charmap" program (start, run..., enter 'charmap') lets you choose uncommon characters like the required inverted exclamation for opening up interjections in Spanish. Or, you can do Alt+173 on your numeric pad.

I am about to go drink me some COCA-y-HUEVO right now while I am at home and that will be my "breakfast".

agree with the Cheetah, and we need a "migas" option. There is no other egg preparation that achieves 1% of the total awesomeness of migas.

You could say "well that's just scrambled" and I would facepalm.

You need to acquaint yourself with chilaquiles.

I think it depends on the dish.

My favorite straight up egg dish is egg's benedict. Fortunately my wife is a cook and makes a bad ass hollandaise. So poached eggs are definitely one of my favorites. We'll also have a poached egg with different dinner entres.

I love hard boiled eggs. I'll eat them as a quick snack, and they're awesome in salads.

Scrambled eggs are a quick easy favorite as well. We have these most often because it's such an easy breakfast to make, especially when you need breakfast ready NOW to feed the young ones.

Over easy eggs are good, but we usually only have them on sandwiches. Our favorite is the BLT take, bacon, fried egg, avocado, and heirloom tomatoes (BEAT sandwiches). I'll also crack one on top of a grilled pizza from time to time, french style.

Of course, there are a bunch of dessert dishes you can make with egg whites. My wife makes some very cool meringues and semi-fredos.

I have to state once again that my wife is a complete and total bad ass. It does not suck being married to a chef.

We are good friends! Prefer migas just slightly, but have not had enough chilaquiles yet. :)
