    Mrs.Raccoon laid two slices of turkey bacon on my plate this morning.

    I sighed...and ate it of course. (in case she's reading)

    As for eggs, FRIED. Scambled when I want to go healthy (adding spinach).

    I like to scramble them with a fair bit of cheese mixed in, then serve with salsa or hot sauce on top. Delicious. A side of bacon or sausage and you are good to go.

    i prefer my eggs over medium.. most often than not.. for the runner up.. i'd have to go with scrambled.. or in omelette form..

    Actually since my cholesterol is an issue, I usually only eat egg whites now. For a while I was boiling them and just eating the whites, with either salt/pepper on them, or hot sauce. Now I get the liquid egg whites in a carton and "fry" them in a pan, making a sandwich with ham and fat free cheese.

    Btw, turkey bacon really isn't any healthier than regular bacon.

    You guys are silly.

    Fried's title has nothing to do with the Over Well-Over Easy-Sunny Side Up mess. I'm over that. Over Easy didn't get the job done at the Breakfast Table.

    But, I'm not over the fact that 4 preferred ways, Scambled, Poached, Hard and Soft Boiled, all had equal arguments to be the champion in this thread, but it's Fried that gets to be called the champion. That's BS. Then their fans, of course, are going to gloat about how they are the *champs.

    The truth is that no champion emerged in in this thread.

    I like to cook both sides until its crispy with salt, pepper and some red pepper. Also like various omelettes.

    Cooking eggs with milk is pretty good also..

    Yes. I am serious. When I was little, and we were in a hurry to either get to school or somewhere fast in the morning, we would mix an egg into a glass with coke (who doesn' love Coca Cola, right?) and drink it straight up. Haven't you seen Napoleon Dynamite? What they did with O.J., we did with coke. It's a fast way to get that egg eaten fast. If you can stomac the few pieces of unshaken egg, more power to you. :eek: Not a problem, you have every right to ask, sir.
