Well, my experience sucked this year. I originally ordered flowers off of Teleflora. The next day I decided to do something more personalized and go to the florist by my office. I've used them before and they've always done an amazing job for a great price. So, I call Teleflora to cancel. The girl gives me a hard time but finally says she'll cancel it. Three days later, still without my money refunded, i call back to find out the first girl I talked to didn't cancel the order at all. SIGH!! Anyway, things got fixed and I got refunded. BUT, when I went to that local florist, they were gone. I called around and found out they moved. I ended up putting the order through over the phone. Well, they never freaking delivered the flowers yesterday! My GF leaves work at 4. I called the florist at three to check on the status. The girl tells me to call back after 6. So, after 6 I call again and she tells me she can't do anything since she's the only one at the shop. I was like, "You told me to call back!" She couldn't find the order at the time, so I said I'd call back today. After calling a million times this morning and them either not picking up the phone or it going to a full answering machine message, I FINALLY got someone on the phone. Who then proceeded to hand me off to that ****ty girl. What horrible service! She asked that I leave my number so she could get back with me when she could focus better and not dealing with other people. I said, "Um no! y'all screwed up my order and couldnt get yall to pick up the phone all day. I want to helped now!" She said she was trying not to be rude with me and then put me on hold to look for the order. Well, she actually hung up. I call back and ask for an owner or supervisor and she then decides to refund my account. Well, we'll see if it actually goes through. Anyway, all that and no flowers at all, plus a giant a** headache!
