    Well, this guys is a clown and ugly and foul and I hope he gets burned. I am not a Muslim but this guy lacks class.

    The funny thing was, someone asked me earlier today if I thought he'd call it off or how it possibly could be stopped. I didn't think he would, and I thought the only possible way it could be stopped (and the funniest/most damning) would be if it rained.

    Now that'd be God's decision front and center for ya.

    Yeah, this is why I have mixed feelings about it all.

    It's a good compromise that eases tensions all around, but this "pastor" was insane and literally espousing hate speech/acts... and gets rewarded for it?

    Arrrggghhh... tough to feel one way or another about it all.

    The entire political spectrum condemns him. The local fire department concludes that his book burning would violate local fire ordinances and would get him arrested and finally he decides, you know what maybe I wont do this.

    WHAT A HERO.

    He could be construed a "hero" because he got the "Ground Zero Mosque" to be moved, though. Plenty of people were against it as well.

    I think the preacher should have burned the Quran and the Mosque should have been built where it was proposed.

    You can bet now that there will some other fool who will want to have a "burn the Quran day", the attention this guy got was amazing, anyone who wants his 5 minutes of fame will love to take a similar stance.

    The result of these decisions will have some ripple effects....

    this guy has just put a target on his head, his family, the church, and the members that supported him....this is a selfish act to gain popularity....defeat everything the US values in freedom and religion.....i doubt people around the world will let this go so easily.....he was about to BURN THE MUSLIM BIBLE....im doubt this is over....even though his plans was not carried through...the damage has been done to a lesser degree....dumazz just put other americans endanger around the world....
