    Okay, that makes sense. I just kept remembering hearing how that OJ getting convicted in the civil suit raised a lot of questions about his "true innocence" in the criminal suit.

    Anyone know if he has paid his punitive damages in that civil suit yet?

    today is O.J.'s birthday. I guess NYKrules did have a legitimate reason for bringing him up.

    Yeah, pretty much. I really understand your point about actually seeing someone lodged in the windshield. I would definitely stop the car immediately, I think. I'm still interested (in the abstract) about the case where you don't have a cell phone (I don't), and you hit someone, and you could walk quickly to the phone or something. Is that leaving the scene? I guess this is just stupidly technical.
