Battier absolutely flops, but he also takes charges.

Not every one of the calls Battier gets are legit....a good portion are but he is smart enough to know when to flop.

Dirk and Manu are the worst I have ever seen for this.

Sure why wouldn't Okur flop? He has learned it from Sloan. I wish they would lose. They won against the Spurs but if they meet T-Mac and Yao in the playoffs they will be beaten.

im pretty sure that you could go through every team and call out 1-2 guys that flop continuesly. honestly, i cant say that anyone on the rockets does but take that with a grain of salt since im rox fan 1st by far. the funny thing though, like someone mentioned before, is that a good portion of floppers are from overseas...

    Unbelievable!!!!

To think they really made that call with one minute left is just mind boggling. Not only was there no foul whatsoever it was also crunchtime and it ended up being the difference in the game.

i think this rule is gonna affect defenders more so than the offensive player.

Most of the defensive-charging flops (the type perpetrated by Ginobili et al) occur out on the perimter where a guy is being closely guarded and then the defender launches himself on the floor. Those are fairly easy to identify, IMO.

I'm amazed that anybody would even suggest Chuck Hayes is a flopper. The guy takes charges by standing in front of the basket, outside the circle, braces himself, and gets barrelled into by a guy who outweighs him by 25 lbs or more. That's the furthest thing from a flop. It's deliberately taking a charge, but it's not a flop. Same with Battier too I might add.

Can anyone find any videos of flopping? I bet it would be hilarious to see some of those.

Someone mentioned that Nocioni 3 point flop.....I don't think any flop has ever angered me that much!

HEre's a JJ Redick flop in the spirit of Reggie Miller

    Some random amateur flop

Here's an off balance manu who gets crossed over by Josh Howard, then flops in thin air when he realizes he's beaten.

    And...some theme music:
