    I agree that it would've been a mistake to pass the amendment. I even said so in my post. I was merely commenting about the "it's just cloth" argument.

    Again, I agree that it should be legal. I don't know who you're arguing with here.

    Especially after a six pack. You try to aim at the flag, but the stars and stripes start to swirl together and you become dizzy. Eventually, you wind up peeing on the sidewalk.

    Senate should pass an amendment that no one should critisize the president because he/she represents the US.

    Just because someone is put in jail known for his political stance not in favor of the government doesn't mean he is charged for the said "crime."
