Lynda Carter in Bobbie Jo and the Outlaw. Cable had just come to Huntsville, TX and this channel called HBO was having a free weekend. This movie came on about 1:00 am on Saturday night. Since most of us had a midnight curfew, more than a few guys saw the movie. I remember watching it just because it was cool to watch a movie without commercials and then she's in a swimming hole and then BAM! she's topless. It made quite an iompression and was the talk of school the following Monday. About the same time... maybe before... Channel 2 (I think) starting running Monty Python shows late on the weekends. I remember a few unedited Carol Cleveland views. CC was nice, but did not make the impression Lynda Carter did.

There was a National Geographic TV show on in the 70's that showed topless African women. This show was on regular network television. As a kid, i could never figure out why it was ok to show black women boobs on tv, but now white women. Kinda made me mad.
