yeah. the email gave me two (aol and hotmail), but in your message you said to send to your hotmail address. so... "should" be there based on past experience when I got my invite it was pretty instantaneous yeah, I sent ya one as well. didn't want to include your name yet if ya wanted to remain anonymous or something but sent anyway :]
Question that will sound really dumb... What is so great about gmail that makes people want invites so bad?
the gig of storage space I guess it is a nice little email for people whose isps limit their inbox/outbox mb total and/or for those who just want an email address that has more storage space than the rest. it's a pretty good service, although I've got a tough time checking it on a regular basis due to 3 emails in outlook express and 1 yahoo account which suits me fine as well.
Hey, speaking of email accounts. My father's HOTMAIL account recently was upgraded to 250mb! What gives?! Mine is still the measly 2mb. Anyone else get theirs upgraded?
1 Gig of storage is the main thing people mention, but the Google search capabilities are what I like most. I uploaded all my email from the past several years (~260 Mb) and I can find anything I need in a few seconds. In fact, it's much faster and easier to search for something via gmail than on my desktop computer, where I have a local copy.
