Personally, I would love to visit that city one day and see India in general. pre-colonized India has a very rich history which fascinates me.
I wasn't saying that the city itself is crap. Just the fact that the house is IN the city at all. Live a little further out and buy like a couple of acres at least. And considering the house they live in, I'm guessing there's not clubs or restaurants in the proximity that can match the one in the house.
Don't forget food crisis we are in now and are only gonna get more severe in different parts of the world and also hit US to some degree.
