Steve Kerr doesn't choose. Reserves are chosen by a vote among the head coaches from each squad's respective conference. Coaches are not allowed to vote for their own players. If a selected player is injured and cannot participate, the NBA commissioner selects a replacement.
Kerr was the coach last year, right? I don't think he can coach this year; the honor would go to Pop (assuming they're #2) by the ASG. fify. Draymond is easily the second best player on that team.
