The All Star Game should be renamed All Popular Game...then we wouldn't have these once a year discussions?

Lin ahead of Harden is a crying shame, but I'm gratified at least to see Harden ahead of Westbrook!

Sure, ok. But, they're still dumbasses.

If that makes you feel better:)

BTW, you would be really scared to walk onto the street, and find out every single one out there, thinks and acts exactly the same as you do - although we try really hard to push towards that fantasy on Internet.

I would've thought our players are more popular than this to be honest.

On the contrary, I think that'd be awesome.

Why does anybody actually care about the all-star game? The entire break is a complete joke.

It's not a shame. Lin just has more fans. A limping Kobe still takes no. 1. It's by vote, it is basically fans' count. If Lin has more fans than Harden, given he's an inferior basketball player, he must have done something else right.

Kobe is one of if not still the most popular player in China. This also contributes to the votes

So the media lied to us. I though we had the best SG in the league. As it turned out, Kobe, even with a broken foot, is twice as good!

Worth every penny of his $24M contract!

Imagine how many votes Lin would get if he was starting, especially after this season's improvement in his play! Rox just need to make a few marketing trips to China with Yao Ming to promote Lin more.

Yeah that's crazy, I still remember Tmac being voted into the All-star game when he was out for most of that year. I want to say the game was in Houston that year, a few years ago. But honestly though, Harden isn't a super flashy player. If he was a dead eye shooter I'm sure he would be a bit higher. I'm pretty sure he'll get voted in the coaches this year if he doesn't get in by choices of the fans.

    McGrady did too

Did anyone really believe that the WCF back court would be anyone but Kobe and CP3 on votes?
