What do you propose for developing young players without getting their feelings hurt? TLC? HJ's from the HC?
"It's all about the development! Our guys are developing very well!!!!!" Our guys : Hilariously enough, Sengun (who is the least trusted and the most hated by Silas) is the only player who actually developed. You can't make that **** up.
Tired of everyone complaining about Silas. He obviously sees something bad in Sengun that others don’t see, but he is the one with all the coaching experience and the 35-150 record. The record speaks for itself, trust him……he knows what he’s doing.
Right, so in your mind, allow the talented 20 year olds to do whatever they want with no structure whatsoever offensively or defensively. Those habits will eventually lead to high bball IQ! Yes, spamming isos for 20 seconds each possession then bailing out for a highly contested fadeaway as the shot clock expires is a great system for tanking. At what age will Silas teach tell them to run a play that puts these players in the best position to make progress TOGETHER? I'm fully on board with the tank and playing the young guys to do so organically is a good way to do that. In the end, if it results in Wemby or Scoot then it will have been worth it. That being said, there are still plenty of observations that contribute to the fact that Silas is just not the guy to lead this team to taking the next step.
Sengun fans have got to stop the most hated or is hated by silas nonsense. It's not even tru. Because jc is the most hated one by silas if anything. #justice4jc. Man is getting no mins as a first round pick while bird and nix gets mins. Silas really b hating the man
And we did it again. Silas keeps insisting on KPJ (he's the worst starting PG in the entire league). He keeps insisting on a starting formation with JG, KPJ and EG (Why is EG still in this team?). And he keeps screwing up the development of this team. Looking for a new pick in the draft can't mean ruining the entire project, Silas is on his way to ruining everything.

Silas is so trash, I hate how when we win some of yall forget that this man is trash until we lose again.
Yeah they really do contradict themselves, claim Silas hates Sengun, claim the team hates him, yet are celebrating him being the youngest center to 1,000 points and 200 assists, you dont do that without getting major minutes at a very early stage. Silas is just an equally awful influence on all of our players, and we need to start thinking about long term harm and not just the possibility of getting one guy who may or may not stay healthy or pan out. I don't think they are intentionally this bad of a team, i think they really are betting on a guy who is just the worst coach of all time.
Pops thought he could pull a fast one on us as he blatantly and shamelessly sat his starters in an attempt to get a leg over on the Wemby competition. He forgot we're coached by Silas.
I doubt people forget, he probably does something right here and there but we all know he isn't a decent coach. In the NBA contenders lose to bottom teams and it happens a fair amount.
