Holy ****. It's nice to see some validation at the national level about our Silas frustrations. It's almost as if he reads Fire Silas 2.0 during his cup of morning coffee.

 

Considering Spurs have as much wins as the Rox with a far more established team and GOAT coach your argument doesnt really reflect the reality of the situation.

Spurs lineup is much more mature than ours they have 28 yr old Poetl, 23 yr old Keldon Johnson and 22 yr old Devin Vassell as the core of their team vs 19 yr old Bari, 20 yr old Jalen and 20 yr old Sengun. How come all that culture results in the same record?

 

Just snother dude who cant understand the concept of tanking. I am ok with replacing Silas once we need to start winning and he isnt getting it done.

Rot of losing? Bruh we got a bunch of 20 yr olds what do you expect? Having someone scream at them on the sidelines may result in more regular season wins but thats not how you develop high bball IQ players.

 

Sengun is so far our best player with huge potential, but Silas somehow hates him and again found some reason to cut his minutes and role. Fire Silas asap.

 

Whos talking about wins?? it's culture. The ooze of allowing failure to sneak into the work ethic. Allowing horrible habits. Losing isn't the issue. But you quoting what you did and responding the way you did kinda shows you didn't read or understand the point.

Yeah yeah, the 1/9 in 3-point shooting is also because everyone around him sucks. The guy is not a bad player, as PG is the worst starting PG in the league. If we don't understand it once and for all, we won't go anywhere.

 

Because the coach is only as good as his top tier players can take them which is why Pop record reflects that with his run of winning big to post Duncan( and to a lesser degree Leonard) era being mediocre

Mostly all said HOF or really good level coaches had supreme talent, L Brown was one the rare ones who could max out decent talent and sneak in the playoffs

And it works like that from HS to NCAA to pros

 

You need a coach for that.
