Stephen Silas when asked about why Josh is out of the rotation. Why the **** is he smiling? What is so funny about this question? I swear he has the most punchable face in the world.

Damn that's like a little more half a Golden State's single season worth of wins.

interesting article though. If you read this you can see the challenges of implementing an offense with such a young and inexperienced core. But at the same time its up to coaching to utilize the players’ Strengths and formulate an offense based on these strengths. I would say its a little of both. Players suck and Silas’ inability to adjust.

That’s more on the coach. You don’t stubbornly stick to your “system” when 1. You haven’t won jack with said system and 2. You don’t even know the strengths and weaknesses of your players. Even Popovich tweaked his offense every few years to suit his roster. This “chaos” offense has always been a lameass name for “I’m gonna have my guards try to score and ad lib when they get into trouble”

    No. No. No. NO.

DESHAUN ****ing Nix doesn't bring the ball up the court in that situation. One of the most talented speed demons in the league does who is flaming hot.

Both. Like i said. Players suck and coaching not adjusting. You can’t put the blame all on the coach. Players have to execute. They aren’t. Look at how they’re playing tonight. Disjointed. Not trusting one another.

the roster isn’t elite I’ll agree with you there but the trust stems from the so called system that Silas wants this team to run, specifically having Porter be the main ball handler. Silas’ rotation is also comical. Like how does he determine who’s in his doghouse? We had Martin in the doghouse last season for no apparent reason and JC is getting that this year.

Like someone said in the game thread, hopefully this Pels game is the start of players shutting out Silas.
Fire his ass already and just let Lionel Hollins or Abdelfattah take over. Won't even cost Frittata anything extra.
