I was told by a reliable friend that Silas had to win last night’s game to save his job. The team knew the situation and played their tails off for him. It’s a positive that they rallied together to help their beloved coach. Wish we could see that drive, determination, and effort on a nightly basis.
If the job of a coach of a rebuilding team is dependent on the result of one game, and on top of that the team knows this, we have more serious problems than the coach.
