I liked your post but Jared Novak's post I cmpletely agree with. JVG shouldn't get a "free pass" but he should get an invitation to help make decisions and to see the direction we need to go. If T-Mac's health was a certainty we'd still be faced with limited options of what can be done in the offseason and we can't afford to waste the future just so next year we can be the best season possible. We're still missing at least 2 starters and right now we're going to have to be patient in order to make sure we have pieces when Yao and T-Mac are still in their prime. I don't think JVG is up for that, but I hope he is.
With all respect ... ah, whatever. In China, English education started from high school. I used the word 'started' because it was the case 30 years ago. Now they actually start from primary school. Chinese may not be good at spoken English, but are much better reading and writing. Coincidently, many Chinese fans following NBA also follow a lot of stuff in American culture. So chance of them reading/writing English is qutie big. Anyway, I'm pretty sure there're not many posters at this board actually live in China. So the thread starter saying 'firing JVG' is mostly from idiotic Chinese college kids is just *&&%^#@#.
