    ughh no.

    One, I think it's past Vick's time.
Two, for everyone b****ing about Schaubs fragility, wait until Vick gets hit.

Fire Kubiak. Bring in Cowher. Like the OP says.

Kubiak is so boring he probably voted for Bob Dole. Who cares how good his scheme is? He's not a leader. The team takes on the personality of its coach, and our personality is to fold anytime the pressure gets taken up a notch. Look what happened to our team at the end of the last regular season.

I expect us to win one game in the playoffs again and on the positive karma from that win alone Kubiak will be with us again next year. Baby Steps Kubiak. He probably got so scared winning 12 games that he couldn't allow our team to win anymore.

Gruden would be a better choice than Cowher IMO. Gruden is a west coast guy, so the terminology and the sets stay in tact, you just have different portions of the offense being called. Having said that, I think Schaub is better suited to roll out than 3 step drop type stuff.

We need some leaders on the team also. We had Brian Cushing and Demeco Ryans last year. This year besides JJ Watt we haven't had anyone since Cushing went out. We got no one on offense either.

It's pointless to wish because Uncle Bob won't do anything to shake up the team.

QB and coach got extensions, he would have to break the bank to release the two. Kube is part of the problem, main problem is Schaub. Flat-footed and just easy to get sacked on. I think he is the only QB that just drops when the pocket caves in.

0-11 all time in Indy... How does a coach w ANY pride allow his team to **** the bed in a game like that?!? How is a coach this far into the season still struggling to find a way to motivate his players?!? execution, discipline, urgency.... How can kubiak allow not one, not two, but all f'ing three of those things to go completely absent at the most criticaltime of the year? How can someone be so committed to his "game plan" even though that game plan has produced damn near nothing in 7 years?!?

Cant believe we're having this conversation again... I guess we deserve it.

I'd be happy with either Cowher or Gruden. I want a head coach who knows how to motivate players and who will hold both players and other coaches accountable. Also someone who is willing to crush opponents when they have them down. Bring in a top OC and give him a lot of freedom in playcalling, keep Wade as DC, bring in a new special teams coach.

    This too.

Neither Cowher or Gruden would hang onto Phillips.

Phillips can go too, not a big Gruden guy but I'm willing to try it at this point. In fact it's a double win because I assume he can't keep doing MNF and coach the Texans and he sucks as a broadcaster.
