    Kubiak has been here forever and has never taken us to the playoffs. Its because of Wade Phillips that we went last year and this year. We got the players but we got no mojo.

    Kubiak is a *****ing p***y and it rubs off on the team. I've hated him since day 1 because he's a dumbass Aggie with NO BALLS. Get anyone here except him.

    Kubiak/Schaub are not leaders of men.

    This team desperately needs leadership after Cushing's injury.

    Gruden and Cowher would do wonders with this team.

    Fire McHale, Fire Kubiak, fire whoever that guy is the Astros begged to be manager. And fire the Dynamo coach and the Aeros coach. And fire the Mayor for being the mayor of a city that needs to have all its coaches fired.

    I don't know about Cowher but I've never really been confident in Kubiwack. The defense let us down tonight as well but they were gassed because the inept offense kept sputtering. Kubiwack has some pathetic play-calling tonight as well. The moment just looked to big for the team tonight. Very disappointing and reflection of coaching.
