i bet in your world doctors and presidents need a 3 point shot to get into the office

yanis won a ring without 3 point shot and cp3 beat lebron in playoffs playing with literally one hand and not shooting at all...
    TAKE THAT FOR DATA

and stop with the 3 point madness!

Alperen Sengun had Dental Work done, probably Wisdom Teeth.

    Anesthesia Gas after effects maybe.

Give him time to recover, it is painful.

If Sengun is only effective with the ball, foul prone, and gets out muscled by journeyman centers then that's his problem and not Lucas'.

I think Sengun has plenty of potential, but when he plays an all around crappy game it does no good to point fingers.

Having a three pt shot wasn't going to get him looks. It was teen wolf one and teen wolf too out there in yesterday's full moon.

When games are fast paced up and down the court that involve players who are above the rim on both sides Alperen Sengun is almost unplayable. He just doesnt have that type of game. He's an old school post player in a time when its an open court game. He was born 30 years too late. He cant stay in front of perimeter players and he doesnt have the vertical pop to protect the rim as a last line of defense. On offense he flat out sucks at shooting 3s still and force feeding the post in todays game is not something coaches are going to do to appease a 2nd year player or his fans. He's slipping screens and then not a good PNR finisher on top of that. Bruno is looking better unfortunately in that regard.

Alpy MUST become a better outside shooter if he is going to make it in todays NBA - it might be that simple. If teams had to respect him out there it could open up so much more for him.

Love the player and his energy and I think he's highly skilled, but on some nights he wont be one of the best options for this team.

Look, here’s the situation….we’re back to small ball with Alpi. He is too short and not athletic enough to play starting center in this league. He’s absolutely fine as a backup and perhaps we can sneak by with him as a starter when we get 6’11” Jabrari back. Bruno would likely be a better fit as a starter with this insanely athletic squad.

All this Fernando love is ridiculous. Sengun had an off night. Fernando sucked as well. Garuba looked better than Fernando last night. Garuba had 6 rebounds and a block in 11 mins.
