Im giving this tread 5 stars just 4 hanging around so long. It seems as every game passes win or lose, the hatred for JVG goes up and up
wasn't jvg the one who called jordan a "con-man" or something? no wonder jordan hates him (despite the fact he's got an even bigger ego than kobe and seems to be able to hate a lot of people). that's one positive for jvg, he hates jordan.
i was watching the magic vs suns game last night and the commentator was talking about sf and how he's doing this year compare to last season. one of them said some thing like - if michael jordan played for jvg now he wouldn't score much. i was laughing, but so sad in the mean time.
Van Grumpy needs to go before he implodes the entire Rockets franchise into himself. His ego is like a black hole slowly sucking the life out of the players, the fan base, and the organization.
The problem is that JVG is making things so much harder than it really is. He wants to win games soley on defense, but it doesn't have to be like that. JVG has had enough offensive talent to win games both on the offensive and defensive side, but he would rather sacrifice offense and have the defense make up for it.
The offense is fine. We get more open looks than any team I have ever seen. We just need some spot up shooters around McGrady and Yao. Sura, Howard, and Bowen just doesn't cut it.
We knew that JVG had never been even a decent coach on offence. But we had never imagined that a coach can be so bad. or in othe words, so stubborn to admit that he is so bad, on one of the only two ends of the game. We are not even talking about football, which you always have special team to help you score... UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
we all ways trade away or let or atheletes go posey griffen cuttino steve cato look at the suns joe johnson marion Q rich nash cato and there running the floor thats what we should have been doing instead of tring to play half court ball every posseion of the game.now that we traded are let go all of our athelets for some one dimetional playrers we are getting what we deserve.
