I would certainly welcome a true leadoff hitter to the Astros - or even a down line up bat with a 380 OBP.... Some more speed would help though.
Brendan Donovan seems like an ideal fit if he’s at all available. Not a stolen base guy but never strikes out and gets on base a ton. Can play all over.
Donovan is one of the guys that the Astros discussed in a larger Arenado deal with the Cardinals. Speaking of Arenado, he is off to a quick start.
He’s lost me too. Guy is a minor league manager or bench coach. No business being the big league boss.
I hated the hire from the word go. Doesn’t make sense to turn over a playoff team to a guy who has proven nothing.
I don’t know enough about all the potential candidates to have had an opinion when he was hired. The existing players seemed to be legitimately in favor of him so I was fine with it. But I’ve seen enough. This mother****er ain’t it.
He's a dumbass. That's two consecutive ass starts to a season. Still can't manage a bullpen. Still can't decide on a lineup. I'm done.
It's a shame that such incompetence is allowed to infect the great things that were built by Luhnow Espada was a bad hire and I was for hiring him. Time for Dana to admit his mistakes and move on.
