Agree 1000%......got to trade Ron, and try to build the chemistry and trust back between the team and Tmac....

Or, conversly, trade Ron and mothball Tmac.

22 win streaks don't happen every year.

It seems people have forgotten where this team was going before that happened, and where it has gone since...

that was last season. last season didn't feature TMac setting the tone defensively for us BY NEVER PLAYING D (1 game this year)

The player who put us on his back last season is the player that is destroying us out there this season

I don't know how you guys don't see that more than anything, It is Rick Adelman's coaching that is destroying us this year.
He has never used Yao correctly.

Artest has proven to kill our chemistry.
After that, you have McGrady hurting us
It's a triangle of destruction, and Adelman is the biggest side.

When Tmac and Ron were banished Adelman utilized his system fantastically with Yao.

Then they came back and the team came to a grinding halt.....shocking?

    Uh....no.

Maybe it is time for another "numerical evidence" post.

    Fool's gold

I doubt we can advance far in the playoffs like that
When Yao gets taken out of the offense like he did today, we will crumble.
I know you agree that Artest has to go for this season to be somewhat salvaged..
McGrady won't go because of his contract, but honestly If he doesn't return to last year's form, I'd like to see him gone within the next year.

For what it is worth, I don't think he will return to form..
At least this year he wont...

    Don't be hatin' braaa
McGrady is playing like crap..
    It is not secret
I'd like to see him gone, but it wont happen
For now, it is:
Trade Artest, since you can't trade McGrady
Next move should be:
Get rid of Adelman, because you can't get rid of Yao

you might arguably accuse JVG's teams of a lot of things, but i'm sorry - his teams NEVER had crappy defense.

Firing the coach is not the answer. We need players that are willing to play with effort.

    It's worth a shot..
    I wont deny it
I still standby trading Artest asap, and my views wont change that Adelman wont be able to do much for us.
At this point, we should do whatever it takes..

In the long run though, Adelman has to go..
..As long as we have Yao at least

Rick Adelman has been a failure this season. He has proven he can not motivate a team.

That's the number one job for a coach. He should be fired for that.

Having an injured T-mac and Battier really does hurt, but that's no excuse. Not for the terrible effort put out on a team level.

Adelman has to be able to handle Artest, otherwise he's useless. Get JVG back in here ASAP!

Throw Norv Turner in there also. Notice how the first year everyone is amped up to play for the coach ad the next year the team is on the rollercoaster? I think Avery would take this job and do well because he will call all of his players out, ask Dirk. I don't see what's the holdup, Cheney was fired after being coach of the year. Adelman has done one of his worse coaching jobs I've ever seen him do. When he sat down Artest and Brooks in the 2nd after trimming the lead to 2 and him sitting there during that run early in the 3rd and kept rafer and battier in the game.

Lol. The team is having chemistry problems and its spilling over to the message boards.

We need a nice 6 or 7 game winning streak!!!!!

when both artest and mcgrady sat and we won 6 out of 7 (and gave the lakers a heart attack), i didn't see yao being taken out of the offense. maybe it's just a coincident?
