as i've said many times. that's why they're going to win. who said they weren't? just that the big 3 will get too much credit as "champions" from now on when they've each been massive no-shows for large chunks of these playoffs.
For struggling in one game? How about individual 'heroics' in other games? It all balances out in the end. You make it sound like they have done nothing thus far for their teams.
KG is playing like the Big Gimp now, not the Big Ticket. And PP's suckiness in this game can't be overstated. I have no idea how he can play this badly on offense. It's like he wants nothing to do with a win.
well they let pierce get hammered since they didn't call him for the pushoff (i think he has 5 fouls?). and lamar odom has been stripped about 4 times in this game. stop doing the same move.
It's not the end of the world if the C's lose this one, but I bet they will kick themselves in the groin if they end up letting this game get away from them. This could easily be the C's game if anyone other than Jesus Shuttleworth showed up in these waning moments.
i'm talking about the whole playoffs. pierce and allen having about 4 no-shows against the hawks. allen becoming absolute garbage for 2.8 series or so. kg racking his total up to about 14 for his last 46 or something. they've all just had so many 3 for 13 or 2 for 11 type games these playoffs. not all at once usually, but way too often.
May be that's a good thing, because of the "Big 3" were on every night -- in the same game -- they would sweep two seasons in a row, not just one...as long as they play the same defense. Heck, we've been struggling for 4 years to try and get Yao and Mac going in the same game, it's even more difficult to get 3 guys to do it in their first season together.
I'd be the happiest to see a longer series. But damn I want this game. I want to spill their pride over their own court in front of the great Nicholson.
JVG said those were great picks. if you want to call moving picks, you can literally call them everytime.
