Do you think 3 guys should score 30 points a night, much like your post rate? I agree with you that I'd prefer my forwards to be post threats each possession but have you seen how well Garnett initiates the offense in the high post? Your one little quabble doesn't negate all the positives he brings to every game... on both ends. You're basically ragging on Bill Russell for not being Michael Jordan. If you hadn't hyperboled (ghost???? really???) your way into this, you wouldn;t be forced to come up with about 10 responses in the next 2 minutes.
true. odom is in foul trouble though. gasol really sucks. but kobe also has ZERO assists. he's really looking for his shots and not creating for his teammates.
Did anyone else almost puke when they saw the American Idol dude both poorly singing our national anthem and then some face time shooting jumpers at the half? I'm all for the transfer of money and promotion but yuck, what a mistake thinking NBA fans would care to watch him do anything. Like Ashlee Simpson doing a Rose Bowl halftime. kg airballs a layup, pierce bricks a jumper badly, gasol passes up a wide open jumper, odom turns it over and gets blocked on an easy layup. the big 4 continue to be absolutely terrible. kobe may not pass again after seeing this. and the lakers are getting torn up by ray allen.
garnett misses another dunk and then a free throw. just can't get it going. and why is gasol all up on garnett anyway when he's 1-10? back off for now.

Ray Allen called for standing there. These officials are doing all they can to get the Lakers the win. Kobe's not following the script by missing his free throws.
It isn't over yet. Kobe and Vujacic can shoot the Lakers to a win. I'm thinking fatigue could bite Kobe if he doesn't get a good rest.
an ariza 3, an odom 20 footer? are the lakers trying to lose. and why is ariza in to guard james posey? if he's going to be in shouldn't he be guarding someone who scores, no hits open 3's off rotations? and i could see that foul by kobe coming. he always fouls 3 point shooters. celtics about to be up 10 before the lakers realize what hit them.
kevin garnett doesn't have to just use one pivot foot any more? he needs to take better advantage of this rule change in the future.
