Just to add my thoughts on Wrestlemania, the in-ring work was good-to-great except for Cena/Rock. Undertaker/Punk stole the show, HHH/Brock was solid, although there's no way HHH should've won that match, and the tag team title bout was fun, but should've been twice as long. Really nice to see Daniel Bryan get his WM moment after last year. I was a little disappointed in the Shield match, as it was more about Big Show turning on Orton/Sheamus and didn't really put Shield over, but they did get the win so I guess I can't complaint too much. Booking-wise, it was the most predictable/safest show possible and did nothing to advance storylines or set up the future at all. The only mildly-surprising finish was Mark Henry beating Ryback, but Ryback got his heat back so fast, he may as well have won. Rock just needs to go away. Let him have his rematch at Extreme Rules or whatever, but please let that be it. He's beyond stale and even worse than Cena (gasp!) at this point.
It looks like Rock might not even be at Extreme Rules given his legitimate injury. As for the thread. Im a WWE Lifer ever since I was 3 in the late 80s. Had up and down times, peaked during the Attitude Era and slowly faded. I still pay attention and watch from time to time but it definitely isn't as good as it used to be but it seems with wrestling, it always has a boom period every few years. They just need a relatable star of today to build around (NOT CENA) and things will bounce back.
