You think? Maybe that is why Morey is so pissed Nene and Gasol slipped through his fat fingers. Imagine those two with Lowery outside.

Hakeem, arguably the best center of all time, isn't 7 feet tall.

Bill Russell, undeniably the best defensive center of all time, is 6'9.

I am glad Dalembert is equal to Yao.. You amaze. Here is a hint .. McHale would love to play Yao.

The days of the 7+ ft 300 lb center died with Yao's foot, Shaq and Ilgauska's retirement, and Oden's knees. Even Bynum is small compared to Shaq, Z, and Yao.

When the NBA allowed tiny little guards to run into the paint and get free throws on clean blocks, it killed the 300lb+ centers. All the bigger guys retired or went to the bench. It left the slimmer 7 fters(260 and under) like Duncan, Pau Gasol, and Chandler. It opened the doors for shorter guys that can't even break 300 lbs like Stoudemire, DHoward and Horford to become all-star centers.

For Morey, size never matters. It's all about the skill.
