When I see this movie now... it looks kinda stupid.. I'm expecting mid to low 60's on RT. That's not bad... but that's average.. and for a movie of this genre.. average don't cut it.
This movie looks awesome. I heard the budget for this thing was only about $30 million which is amazing considering the quality of the visual FX. Really have high hopes for this movie and what it could represent for the future of low budget sci-fi.
I can't wait for this movie - it's going to be cool [I hope]. It reminds me of Children of Men for some reason.
lol Children of Men was a weird ass movie... though it was good... but I can see how you get that thought.... it looks like a sort of dark movie... with some light in it... if you know what I mean... that's basically how Children of Men was.

When I first saw a teaser on TV, I thought it was a mockumentary with an underlining meaning about illegal immigrants. Now it seems more like Independence Day. Either way, I am intrigued.
Good comparison to Indpendence Day, I just hope this doesn't suck like that one did! Have high hopes for it though!
