Dumb move by Hayes but Wagner pretended like he was dead like a soccer player.

    This made me angry
Because it overshadowed the MJ poster dunk by Bol Bol

Not much of a fight but Wagner’s dirty hit started it all. So he pretty much deserved what happened to him

Only in the NBA and FIFA. Nowhere else in the animal kingdom.

I mean take an elbow or hit to the back of the head with your back turned. It’ll probably make you aware. Not exactly surprising

The response was totally out of proportion.

I also have Hayes in fantasy lol, but I think the forearm to the head was heavily mitigated by Mo's shove. I don't think Hayes was acting. He was running full speed, it's definitely plausible that the shove would send him flying into the bench.

I had both Hayes and Mo Wagner active in fantasy on the same team! FML.

    This.

He hit a guy when he wasn't expecting it. Then, the guy hit him back when he wasn't expecting it.

My guess is how people view either action is based on how they view the players themselves.

they were going for loose balls. Mo hit the guy? If so, that’s one of the weakest hits I’ve ever seen. Hitting someone from the back ong bak style is not puss move?

Both "hits" were love taps in any other setting. A little acting by both guys.

But, yea, Wagner clearly bumped Hayes. I'm sure the whole reason he knocked Hayes out of bounds was so he didn't have to dive for a ball that would have been over and back anyway - but he did what he did.

Bingo. Once Wagner started the cheap shot, all is fair game. He brought it upon himself. People who actually play the game know damn well you do that it’s intentional and with purpose. You get upset at the response, that’s on nobody but yourself that started the entire thing

I'm sure the league is really going to throw the hammer down with one-game suspensions.

"Mo Wagner has a generational punchable, not pinchable, face." That was my draft scouting report when he was at Michigan.

Nah it wasn’t. Wagner deserved it. It’s funny how folks who start something cry wolf and act like they would be the victim. Nah.

The shove was obviously wrong, but there wasn't any risk of serious injury. Sucker-punching someone to the back of the head from behind is a cowardly b**** move that carries a risk of serious injury.

Sucks for Wagner then. Don’t start something. And Wagners shove was a straight sucker move if you think the response was sucker
