So after being pissed for awhile at this game for awhile for screwing over my Shrewsbury franchise... I started a new one with Inter, figuring I wouldn't run into the budget bug that way. It's not quite as fulfilling as bringing a nobody team up several leagues, but the gameplay this year just SHINES. I can't say enough how much of a difference the 360-degree motion makes. It opens up so many strategic possibilities... now I can finally break for any hole I see. I also like that they made the goalies a little tougher this year, and there are FAR more animation possibilities when two players get engaged for a fight for the ball. I've built up a very defense-oriented team, where pretty much every on the team is 80+ in speed, strength, and jumping, and everyone but my forwards are lethal tacklers. It's incredible how much butt Mario Balotelli kicks in this game... defenders try to push him off the ball and pretty much just bounce off. Wheeeee! :grin:
Steam has Football Manager 2010 for 20.00 and I think I want to purchase it cause i'm real bored and alone and lonely tonight. *sigh* So what is better? FIFA Manager or Football Manager? Do both games have licesned team and all that?
