Isn't it the responsibility of the trading parties to make sure what picks, etc. are being traded? It seems like you are rewarding carelessness.

    Whatever.

    Carelessness? How about underhandedness?

That's horse****, Nomar, because when I proposed the deal, I specifically said "YOUR 1st and 2nd rounder", and you agreed. Wouldn't you say that, if a team is not specified for the draft picks listed in a trade post, by default they should mean that teams pick? Quit acting like this wasn't a sneaky move on your part. I found out that you knew you didn't have your pick, and you knew what my assumptions were when I was negotiating the deal. Trying to squeeze this **** by me is just another example of what a ****ty, underhanded GM you are.

Also, don't act like this reversal is a bad thing. You got to rent Odom for one sim session for free, and even then, you were b****ing immediately afterwards about how you screwed up with that trade.

I've said many times in the past that I want GM's to specify which picks are being traded in their trade posts, if they don't do this, and the other GM feels like they've been misled, then I'm going to void the deal.

If you would have said "Bulls 1st rounder and Grizz 2nd rounder", and then Raven agreed, then that would be his problem, but you didn't, and you left yourself open for the deal to be voided...

You didn't say MY 1st and 2nd rounder. You said "How about 1st and 2nd rounder, and a ****ty SF?" And no, I don't know what your assumptions were. Don't assume, it makes an ass out of u and me. I'm not saying this reversal is a bad thing. In fact, it helps me out, because I actually wasn't happy with the trade when I found out Odom's stats. Don't act like you didn't try to do an underhanded deal by not telling me what his stats were like this season.

That's cool BGM. I must have missed you saying that. And I'm fine with the deal being voided as I have mentioned. It just brought up bad memories I guess, with regards to my trade for Iverson in the original CC.Net BBall Sim. I think any situation in which a GM's carelessness results in a voiding of a confirmed deal is bad.

You're doing it again. You left out the most important word of my request in return for Odom. I said, "How about YOUR 1st and 2nd rounder, and a ****ty SF?" But at least you are being consistently underhanded. And as for Odom, you could have EASILY looked up his stats. We both know his ratings are better than what he was getting in the first few games, so I didn't think his ****ty start really warranted mentioning. Should I in the future assume that you have done very ****ty scouting and just give you every little piece of information regarding any players we discuss in a trade? The draft picks thing was different. I made it very clear what picks I was talking about. If you weren't trying to **** me over, why didn't you even mention which 1st round and 2nd round picks I would be getting? You didn't tell me, because you were hoping to **** me over. Well, I am through with this conversation, Nomar. And I am through with you. Don't message me about trades in any of the sims in the future.

You know, one of these days we are going to have the first Felony in the United States committed over a sim league argument.

Oh yeah? Well I've been through with you for months! I've been cheating on you RR. Face it, you just can't keep it up in the sack anymore.

Oh, I could have looked up Odom's stats on your roster page? You could have looked up my draft picks on my roster page. And you didn't say MY 1st and 2nd rounders. Man, I wish I could keep chat logs of private messages.

just leave that part out. You were going to do that when it was draft time, cause there were protections. So just leave that part out, vj keeps his picks.
