Fencebuilding costs

    The fence is going up now. So far, the only problem was that his guys cut my neighbor's telephone line. If that works out ok, I'll definitely give you guys his contact info.

    Actually, if something goes wrong I might give it to you anyway to harass him. ;)

    make sure the contractor calls the city to verify they are not digging near pipes/electrical lines/cable lines/telephone lines...

    it only costs ~$15-25 and it will save you a world of problems!

    the contractor who put up a fence in backyard decided not to check what was buried in my yard and ended up cutting an electrical line. cost over $1000 to repair and i was without electricity for 2 weeks. that on top of the fact that i had to threaten to sue to get the contractor to pay for the repairs... :mad:

    Did they finish the fence yet? How'd it turn out with the cut phone line? Any pics you can post of the finished product?
