If the Rockets really see something and want this guy, they might have to fly out to him like the Warriors did with Kerr when he was about to be hired by the Knicks, and offer him a contract too good to deny at the time.

The Warriors are very aggressive as an organization when they see an opening and have no shame, you snooze and you lose with them as an organization.

Rockets know it's possible they'll lose Silas but that's the business. There are plenty of fish in the sea. — Calvin Watkins

Silas' agent is doing a great job.

Quite dumb? Both were borderline r****ded.

With that said, I'm not sold on Silas yet. It's one thing to be a smart guy, but being able to communicate it and motivate the players? That's a whole other job. It takes so much more than just player management or game management, it takes both.

I really hope whatever decision we make Morey decides to not literally hover over the coach. Let the coach do his job.

We are where we are because we let Morey manipulate the dumb McHale, and McHale really did absolutely nothing to establish structure, professionalism, and respect for the game.

If the Warriors want Silas on their staff, then the Rockets should want Silas as their guy.

Warriors or Blazers will secure him.

Is there even ONE report of another team anxious and intent on interviewing MDA? Anyone? No. Les' darling candidate is not in demand by anyone except for Les. Meanwhile other solid coaching choices are dropping off the board right and left.

Absolutely. That's a huge endorsement of Silas. If Houston blows their opportunity and signs freaking Pringles who just spent the year as the lead assistant on a historically bad team, I may be driven insane.

That's not true. Adelman's contract was expired. Morey did wanted to bring him back for 4 more years. And Adelman did wanted to return. But Moreyon wanted Chris Finch to be his lead assistant and be Adelman's successor. Adelman did not agree, he wanted his own assistants. And this is why both Adelman and Moreyon parted ways. Adelman went to coach the Timberwolves and Moreyon hired a puppet named Kevin McHale with Chris Finch. What was the point of Chris Finch anyway? Dude didn't even get the job for head coach. LOL Moreyon is a joke.

Hilarious how we now cannot even get an assistant to sign with us. If Rockets lose out, because of some issues behind the scenes (Morey vs. Leslie) I'm done until it is resolved. Bunch of ****ing childish brats, no wonder Harden is who he is.

Sauces told me the Rockets are waiting for OKC to get beaten by the Warriors, Harden will talk with Durant, so, don't expect a decision until that moment. Also, Kevin Ollie may come in play SOONer or later.
